How do I choose the right size? Sit on a chair with your leg stretched out and use a flexible tape measure. Measure the circumference of your leg six inches above and below the center of the kneecap. How should the brace be applied? Position strap 1 while sitting. Attach straps two to four in this order. If the straps are uncomfortable, adjust their position. Use tools for precise adjustments. Check comfort by trying it on again.
